Cable Rigid Stranding Machine Production Line

Overview:

This equipment is mainly used for stranding large-diameter, long-length conductor cores of electric wires and cables, including bare copper wire stranding, aluminum wire stranding, and steel reinforced aluminum conductor stranding. It can also be used for stranding sector-shaped and corrugated wires. It can also be used for compacting, stranding of compacted round conductors.

1. Sturdy Frame & Durable Gears 
Dua bearing support for the stranding cage; cage plates are thick one piece bent structure. Gearbox gears are 20CrMoTi, ground & nitrided for high wear resistance.
2. Integrated Die Holders & Stable Compacting 
Equipped with wire merging and compacting die holders on one stand. Vertical Φ120mm merging roller compresses shaped wires; compacting roller (6209 bearing) is quic replaceable.
3. Constant Pneumatic Wire Tension 
Pneumatic tension control with electronic detection & proportional valve, keeping stable tension from full to empty bobbins.
4. Shaft less Pneumatic Bobbin Clamping with Safety Lock 
Shaft less design; pneumatic bobbin clamping plus mechanical safety lock, preventing bobbin loosening or flying out safely.
5. Single wire Pre forming Device 
Ensures optimal stranding status of each conductor.
6. Electronic Wire break Protection 
Speed probe detection, PLC controlled 2 4s delayed quick braking upon wire breakage.
7.Pneumatic Brake with PLC Control 
PLC monitors all stop signals (wire break, manual stop, emergency stop).
8. Independent Gearbox Lubrication System 
Separate motor driven gear pump for each gearbox lubrication.
